I started my freelance writing business in 2003. At the time I was a single mom who was tired of spending all day at work and not being around for my children. I also wanted to make more money – who doesn’t!
Having been a writer all my life it was only natural that I started a writing business. However, I knew absolutely nothing about starting and running my own business.
It was a painful few years. I racked up debt. I struggled to get paid what I was worth. And I spent countless hours simply drumming up customers.
There was an easier way!
I learned many valuable lessons along the way – lessons I want to share with other aspiring freelance writers. Lessons that will have customers coming to you. Lessons that will keep you out of debt. And lessons that will ensure you consistently make what you’re worth.
That’s what Freelance Writing Business is all about.
Today I own AllCustomContent.com with my amazing partner Alice Seba. I own a successful ebook ghostwriting business (including an Amazon Bestseller). And several blogs that are near and dear to my heart.
